MyTherapy Pill Reminder

Such a fab app! This has helped me so much keep on top of my medication. It's a super user-friendly app, that looks great. It has medications listed as well as doseages, but you can always customize it as well. I like the notification that comes up mid screen as well as in your notification bar. You can confirm or dismiss the one on the main screen, but if you do dismiss it, it'll still be in the notification bar.
