Hoxx VPN is the product of a US company called VPN1 LLC from Coral Gables, Florida. It’s further of a deputy service than an factual full-fledged VPN. It offers a decoration and a free plan.
The decoration plan uses the outdated 4096- bit RSA encryption while lacking advanced security features similar as a kill switch and relies on the Shadowsocks protocol. I also plant WebRTC leaks in my security tests.
